Quality Management Committee (QMC)
The Quality Management Committees of University constituents (QMC), in cooperation with the Quality Management Board and the Office of Quality Management of the University of Zagreb, plan a strategy to improve the quality of the constituent, implement evaluation programs and quality enhancement procedures, and coordinate implementation of projects for professional and technical personnel development.
The QMC coordinates and carries out evaluation procedures, and enhances quality culture in these areas:
- development of quality indicators,
- self-evaluation,
- student participation in monitoring the quality of work,
- training of administrative and technical staff.
The QMC implements procedures for monitoring and improvement of quality of teaching and learning outcomes with respect to: monitoring student progression, training university staff, improvement of teaching, and the quality of general and specific competencies achieved through study programmes.
