The Laboratory, now part of the Department of Food Engineering, was founded in 1960, and until the move into the new building of the Faculty in 1962, it did not have its own premises. Teaching and research activities of the Laboratory for Technology of Milk and Milk Products have been carried out since the academic year 1960/61, when they were initiated by Prof. Ante Petričić, PhD, and Prof. Davor Baković, PhD.
