&lt;p class="lead mb-0" style="font-weight: 600; line-height: 1.6; margin-top: -4px;"&gt;Program se temelji na najnovijim znanstvenim dostignućima iz područja kemije, biokemije, biologije, toksikologije, fiziologije i anatomije čovjeka, znanosti o prehrani, dijetoterapije te kontrole kakvoće hrane u cilju obrazovanja stručnjaka za područje nutricionizma.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;p class="text-secondary mb-0" style="text-align: justify; flex-grow: 1;"&gt;Nutricionizam je primijenjena prirodna znanost o hrani i njezinom djelovanju na ljudski organizam. Istraživanja u ovom području imaju vodeću ulogu u shvaćanju procesa vezanih uz prehranu i pojavu bolesti, ali i u moduliranju genetskog potencijala pojedinca. Edukacija stručnjaka ovog profila od vitalnog je značaja za sve zemlje, jer su problemi vezani uz prehranu, iako različiti, gotovo podjednako prisutni u svim društvima, bez obzira na stupanj razvoja.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p class="small mb-0 text-dark"&gt;Danas nutricionisti imaju sve značajniju ulogu kao istraživači i edukatori koji prenose znanstvene spoznaje populaciji u cilju očuvanja zdravlja. Osim toga, ključni su u kreiranju i proizvodnji nove hrane (novel food) i drugih suvremenih prehrambenih proizvoda.&lt;/p&gt;
