Description:
Over expression and purification of recombined proteins (bacterial and eukaryotic systems for over expression of proteins). Methods of protein engineering for the study of relations between the structures and biological functions of enzymes, i. e. mechanisms of catalytic enzyme activities. Protein engineering with non natural amino acids. Application of protein engineering in biotechnology, food technology and medicine.
