show the basic elements of a particular kinesiology activity
express some basic rules of individual kinesiology activities
demonstrate the correct execution of some new elements of a particular kinesiology activity
explain the importance of stretching in a particular kinesiology activity
repeat the given new elements of individual kinesiology activities in series
