  • justify importance of wholesome foods in sports nutrition
  • describe energy metabolism in relation to duration and intensity of PA

  • develop hydration plan for an active individual

  • appraise importance of metabolic adaptations that occur as a response to PA among healthy conscious individuals or result oriented athletes
