The Laboratory for Food Chemistry and Biochemistry is the youngest Laboratory of the Department of Food Quality Control, which was established in 2009 by separating the Food Chemistry and Nutrition Laboratory into two separate laboratories: the Laboratory for Nutrition Science and the Laboratory for Food Chemistry and Biochemistry.
