Food Technology

The study programme is based on recent scientific achievements in the areas of chemistry, biochemistry, microbiology and in production processes aimed at food quality safety.

Biotechnology

This programme is based on the most recent scientific achievements in the following three areas of science: a) chemistry and biochemistry, b) biology, with a special emphasis on molecular biology and microbiology and c) engineering skills aiming at educating experts for a wider area of biotechnology.

Nutrition

This programme is based on the newest scientific achievements in the fields of chemistry, biology, biochemistry, toxicology, human physiology and anatomy, food science and applied sciences of food, food quality control, food processing, all with the aim of education of experts for a wider field of nutrition.
