Course Description

COURSE CONTENT

Epidemiological research: aims and methods. Epidemiological studies:  preparation and conduction of studies, subjects recruitment, data collection. Analytical methods in nutritional epidemiology (Epidemiological measures of frequency, Measures of association, Application of statistical methods), Nutrition and public health (Obesity, Nutrition and diseases, Nutrition in pre-school and school children, Public health measures in nutrition)
