Priprava, analiza i primjena oligonukleotida

Opis predmeta

Sinteza oligonukleotida korištenjem automatiziranih sintetizera na čvrstom nosaču postala je svakodnevna praksa u kemijskim, biokemijskim i biološkim istraživačkim laboratorijima. Oligonukleotidi sastavni su dio genetičkog materijala (DNA, RNA) svake stanice, te se kao takvi intenzivno rabe u laboratorijskim manipulacijama nukleinskim kiselinama (npr. PCR metode, sekvencioniranje, mutacijskim studijama, hibridizacijskim studijama, RFLP-analizama bioloških populacija, antisens terapijske svrhe, …). Sintetski oligonukleotidi danas se koriste u svakodnevnim istraživanjima u DNA/RNA kemiji, biokemiji, biotehnologiji, molekularnoj biologiji, genetici, medicini, farmaceutskim istraživanjima, forenzici, DNA-dijagnostici, DNA-čipovima – genomika.
